Text Banking

We offer SMS Text Banking, which let you receive account information via text messaging. When you send us a text message requesting information, we send a reply text with the requested information within seconds.


You will need to register for text banking and authenticate your device, by visiting on your mobile phone and logging into mobile banking (option #1). If you do not have web capabilities on your mobile phone, you will need to authenticate your device from a desktop computer by visiting If this is the case, you may be required to authenticate your desktop computer with a one-time pin that will be emailed to you. Once logged in, you must register your mobile phone under text banking (option #6). You can register up to three phones on an account.

Simply text the following commands:

  • For Balance: Text "b"
  • Response: Available balance for all enrolled accounts
  • For History: Text "h"
  • Response: Five most recent transactions for all enrolled accounts
  • For History of Recent Transactions: Text "h + Share ID" (h s01)
  • Response: Five most recent transactions for the specified account
  • For Help: Text HELP
  • Response: A list of text commands (BAL, HIST, SUSPEND)
  • Request: Quit
  • Response: SMS service for the enrolled user will be immediately suspended.

Commands are not case sensitive.
