Starting June 1, We Will Begin Taking Lobby Appointments
Effective Monday, June 1, 2020, if you need to conduct business with us in person at either our Lansing or DeWitt locations, you can schedule an appointment to come in. The easiest way to do so is to visit our website and schedule a meeting via our meeting scheduler by clicking here or calling us at 800.323.0048. Please note: standard teller transactions will continue to be conducted through drive-thru service only.
If you have an appointment to visit one of our branches, we ask that you please adhere to the following:
- Please wear a mask for the safety of other members and our team members
- If you are feeling ill or have recently had flu or cold like symptoms, we ask that you do not schedule an appointment to come in
We would also like to encourage all members to continue to utilize our mobile app, online banking, audio banking, ATMs, Virtual Branch, and drive-thru windows for:
- Money transfers and withdraws
- Making check deposits
- Checking account balances
- Accessing statements
- Making loan payments
- Basic account management
Our Ionia branch located within Walmart continues to operate as normal. The hours of operation can be found here.
