Full-time IT Support Technician

Astera Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Technician. The qualified applicant will be responsible for:

• Providing daily operational support for hardware, software, network and various other technology components in an office environment; delivering outstanding customer service; following policies and standard operating procedures; managing hardware and software configurations and maintaining systems documentation; logging and track support calls in the Help Desk System, prioritizing and escalating tickets as required to ensure customer satisfaction; communicating in a clear, professional and courteous manner in person, during telephone calls and in written correspondence; and maintaining the confidentiality and security of privileged company information.


The qualified applicant will have 2-3 yrs of related experience Microsoft certified, A+ certified or a combination of work experience and certification, experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office products, experience with PC imaging would be a plus, excellent communication and organizational skills.
